Fionn's first LP, The End Of History, estbalished the Irish bard as Folk's new Pied Piper. Over delicately a picked guitar he let flow stories of astonishing beauty, jaunty wit and sardonic humour.  The album was a stunning evocation of a World of both yore and present, is much like a family tree; steeped in tradition, yet utterly contemporary.

His coming release, The Shadow Of An Empire, sees Fionn take more of 'badn' approach, has he gone electric? Not quite, but all the fragile poetry still exists, there's just a more solid backbone beneath. The new LP is out February 2010.
